How do I know what my total cost for my order is going to be? |

Just email us with the item(s) you have selected along your estimated quantity and your artwork and within 48 hours we will provide you with your proposed price and estimated delivery charges. If you decide that the price is right all you have to do is submit an authorized purchase order. |

What format do I have to send you my logo or artwork in? |

A: |
We request that your artwork be submitted in vector format. Without getting too technical, vector art allows us to adjust the size of your artwork without loosing definition. Your art department or your graphic designers work with design software such as Illustrator or Coral Draw, which all produce vector format files. |

What if I don't have a good copy of my artwork? |

A: |
Not a problem. We have several very capable graphic designers on staff that can work with you to either create the artwork or get your existing artwork into the proper format. Their hourly rates vary from $25 to $65 per hour depending on the work required. |

How long before I received my order? |

A: |
You will usually receive your product within 10 days after you approve the artwork. If you are embroidering you will receive a "sew-out", which is a piece of material with your embroidered artwork on it. If you're imprinting you will receive a printed proof for your approval. |
